In the unlikely event that your order has been packed incorrectly or is not up to standard, fill in our contact form and we will get back to you ASAP. Usually, you will hear back from us within 24hrs but it may be longer over the weekend or busy periods. Please ensure you take a clear photo including all the brownies/bakes and the whole box.
Please note; everything is made, packed and shipped by hand. We strive to give you nothing less than perfect but sadly mistakes can happen.
Yes - simply leave a note at checkout letting us know when you would like to recieve your order and we will dispatch as close to the required date as possible. We cannot guarantee delivery on your chosen day as it is down to Royal Mail to make sure delivery is made on time once we hand the box over to them.
We post to all regions of the UK (England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales)
Currently, if you order before 6pm, items will be dispatched next working day via Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email (please check junk folder also). It will contain tracking information.
Most parcels will arrive the following day, however according to Royal Mail it can take up to 3 days (although in experience we expect delivery to be no longer than 2 days). Please allow until the third day post dispatch before contacting us.
Our parcels will fit through the letterbox so please bear this in mind if you have pets/animals (or are sending to someone with pets/animals). Chocolate is harmful to cats and dogs.

If you place your order by 6pm on:
Monday: dispatched Tuesday, most parcels will arrive Wednesday, may arrive Thursday or as late as Friday
Tuesday: dispatched Wednesday, most parcels will arrive Thursday, may arrive Friday or as late as Saturday
Wednesday: dispatched Thursday, most of parcels will arrive Friday, may arrive Saturday or as late as Monday
Thursday: dispatched Friday, most of parcels will arrive Saturday, may arrive Monday or as late as Tuesday
Friday/Saturday/Sunday: dispatched Monday, most parcels will arrive Tuesday, may arrive Wednesday or as late as Thursday.
We would recommend you to order earlier rather than later (Earlier gifts are always better than late!)

When you initially pay for a subscription you will receive an email confirming your subscription. Within this email is a link to your customer portal where you are able to see your upcoming order dates; you can also amend the shipping address, pause or cancel your subscription from here.
You can also find the link on the 'My Account' page, once you click the link just type on the email address used for the initial order, this will then take you to your customer portal.
