If you wish to keep the bakes in their packaging they will last up to 3 days.
The bakes keep well in an airtight container for up to 7 days at room temperature or up to 2 weeks in the fridge.
Brownies and Blondies also freeze well (if they last that long!) due to their decadent, moist texture for up to 3 months.
If you do not receive your order or the item you have received has been damaged in transit, please contact us at browniesandbakes1@outlook.com. We’re here to help.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Our policy lasts 7 days from day of delivery. If 7 days have gone by since receiving your order, unfortunately we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, this can be the original confirmation email you receive from us when you placed your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
We only replace items if the wrong item has been shipped to you or lost in transit.
If your parcel has been lost in transit we will send out your order again free of charge – please give the post 10 working days before contacting us.

For all orders placed Monday - Friday, We aim to dispatch the next working day. You will recieve a shipping confirmation email once order is dispatched. (Please check junk folder)
If you have requested a specific delivery date we will make sure the box is shipped out in time, but we cannot guarantee delivery on this day as we are unable to control any external factors such as delays by Royal Mail.
All bakes will fit through a standard sized letterbox (please keep in mind if you or the person you are gifting to has pets, chocolate is harmful to animals).

Please note that if your delivery is delayed for any reason your order will still be fresh as our brownies are wrapped in grease proof paper and the box is sealed in an airtight mailing bag to keep them fresh for up to 10 days.
